The site includes a drama studio, gig venue, bars, dry laboratories, engineering workshops and specialist room-sets for teaching. Other interiors include open-plan atriums, cafes, open parkland and library spaces.

Brutalist architecture with elevated walkways overlook a rural landscape of meadow and private broad with paths, bridges and streams. Iconic Ziggurat-style buildings frame the landscape. Juxtaposed with modern architecture and including Passivhaus and 17th Century buildings, the fabric of our estate includes tall glass windows, steel frames, concrete and natural fibre. All venues are within a 5-7 minute walk of each other.

Our clean lines can be used for eco-modernism, neo-futurism or dupes for Europe and America.

The site is easily accessible from the A11 and A47, public transport and air. Coastal locations can be reached within 40 minutes. Parking can be available for pre-bookings.

Other facilities include helipad, catering, group accommodation (where available). The site offers some hardstanding areas for a production with access to site facilities such, subject to induction.
